Passionate about health & happiness, Jen lives to share that passion with others. She found her love for fitness after embarking on her own weight loss journey back in October 2010. As a student, Jen began reaching her weight loss goals, becoming more and more confident in herself. Confident enough to take her love for group fitness to the next level and become a licensed Zumba® instructor.
A few years later she went on to become a Certified Group Fitness Instructor through A.C.E., as well as a Rock Steady Boxing Coach, a program designed specifically for people with Parkinson’s.
Jen’s journey into health went far beyond a desire to lose weight as she is a recent breast cancer survivor. Working to live each day to the fullest, Jen understands the importance of living ones best life thru fitness.
She is a perpetual learner of how to keep people moving safely and how to have fun doing it well. She will tell you she does not know it all and then will find the answer for you. Although fitness was not her first love, she has found it to be her purpose and passion in life as she loves to get people moving.
Her strength is positivity which has been very helpful in overcoming challenging times. She uses her gratitude for life and energy to make each class unique and fun.
When Jen is not in the studio she is spending time with her triplets, as well as her husband and a few furry friends.

My Family
Our History
The space that AIMS Fitness LLC now calls home is situated in the middle of the building that was built by Jen’s grandfather Syl in the early 1970s.
Jen’s grandfather owned and ran a successful lawn mower and snowmobile repair business that originally started in the 2-car garage next to the house in the 1960s. When they first expanded, the portion of the shop to the east of the studio was built and their business expanded to include a Honda dealership as well as a studio and large shop.
The studio housed the parts counter and offices for her grandmother and grandfather.
In 1993, some years after her grandparents closed the shop, her mother and her business partner opened a successful real estate and construction business in the same space.
In 2004 Jen and Jeremy bought the property they now call home.
